Gun range website design, with lane booking and waivers built in.

A lot of ranges still run lanes off a clipboard, waivers off a kiosk that jams, and classes off a phone that rings during the busiest hour of the week. We build one system for all of it, then keep it running for you.

What we build for ranges

  • Online lane reservations with live availability, deposits or full prepayment
  • Digital waivers signed before arrival, with a driver's-license barcode scan at check-in
  • Memberships, punch cards and automatic renewals
  • Class and event booking with capacity limits and instructor schedules
  • A front-desk view of who is on which lane right now
  • A pro-shop catalog and gift cards, if you sell retail

Compliance features we build in

  • Waivers stored, searchable and retrievable on demand
  • Minor participation with guardian consent captured at booking
  • Scanned ID data encrypted and visible only to the staff who need it
  • Accessible booking and checkout (WCAG 2.1 AA)

We build the features that support your compliance program. Your license obligations, your counsel and your own policies decide the rules we configure. Nothing on this page is legal advice.

Built for the people who actually use it

Members book from their phones. Staff check people in at the counter with a line behind them. Owners want to know Monday's numbers without asking. Every screen is designed for one of those three, and we watch a real Saturday on your range floor before we design any of them.

Handled for you after launch

Hosting, security updates, content changes, inventory, listings and ads stay with us on a monthly plan. You send a text or an email when something changes. You get a short report each month, not another dashboard to babysit.

How a build works

  • Intake: you tell us what should exist when we're done. A technical lead replies within one business day.
  • Embed: one of us comes to where the work happens and maps how it really runs.
  • Build: weekly working builds you can tap on. Compliance requirements go into the spec on day one.
  • Deploy: we launch, train your staff and watch the first weeks of real traffic ourselves.
  • Hold the line: we keep running it on a monthly plan.

Pricing

Every range is quoted after a short call and, where it helps, a walkthrough. A typical first deploy takes four to eight weeks, then the monthly plan covers hosting, updates and changes.

Questions we get

Can customers book a lane online and pay ahead?
Yes. Lanes show live availability, and you choose whether a booking takes a deposit, full payment or no payment. Payments run through a processor that accepts range businesses.
Can waivers be signed before the customer shows up?
Yes. The waiver is sent with the booking confirmation and signed on the customer's phone. At the counter, staff scan the driver's license and the signed waiver comes up with it.
Will it work with the range software or POS we already use?
Where your current system has an API or a data export, we connect to it. Where it doesn't, we replace only the parts that are slowing your staff down.
Do you handle memberships and renewals?
Yes. Members, punch cards and renewals live in the same system as bookings, so a member's discount and lane priority apply automatically.
Who updates the site after launch?
We do. Class schedules, holiday hours, prices and new events are a text or an email away, and they're covered by the monthly plan.
