Shopify or custom?
Shopify is a good fit for many retailers: it's reliable, and your staff can learn it quickly. A custom build makes sense when your products are restricted (firearms, vape), when checkout has rules Shopify can't express, or when the store has to talk to systems Shopify doesn't support. We'll tell you which one fits after we see your catalog.

- Yes, when it's the right tool. For restricted products or unusual checkout rules we build a custom store instead.
- Can the store sync with our in-store inventory?
- Yes. We connect the store to your POS or inventory system so stock levels match, and we handle catalog updates if you'd rather not.
- How do you handle payments and PCI compliance?
- Checkout uses tokenized payments, so card numbers go straight to the processor and never touch your site. That keeps your site out of most PCI scope.
- Can you move our existing store?
- Yes. We move products and content and set up redirects so existing links and search rankings carry over as much as possible.
