Privacy policy
Last updated October 27, 2026
This policy covers dngwebsolutions.com, run by DnG Web Solutions (“we”). It explains what we collect when you visit the site or send us an inquiry, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions or requests: [email protected].
What you send us
When you submit the inquiry form we store what you enter: your name, email, phone number (optional), company or project name, industry, project description, timeline, budget range (optional), and who referred you (optional). We also note which page you sent it from.
We use this only to reply to you, scope and quote the work, and keep a record of the conversation. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Visit statistics
We count visits with our own built-in analytics, which use no cookies. For each page view we record the page, the referring site, any campaign tag in the link (such as utm_source), whether you're on a phone, tablet or computer, and clicks on a few buttons and sections.
To count unique visitors without cookies, the server combines your IP address and browser type with a secret value and the date, and keeps only a scrambled code (a hash) that changes every day. We don't store your IP address itself. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, we don't record your visit.
If we ever turn on Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, Google would set cookies and receive your IP address and browsing data under its own privacy policy. We'll update this page, and ask for consent where the law requires it, before doing that.
Cookies
Public pages set no cookies. Our team sign-in sets one cookie (dng_session) that keeps staff signed in to the private console. It isn't used for visitors.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and respond to you. They handle your information only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service to us:
- Network and security providers deliver the site and protect it from attacks and abuse. They process each request to the site, including your IP address.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers run our servers and store the database that holds inquiries and visit statistics.
- Email service providers deliver notifications about new inquiries to our team, so they handle the details you enter on the form.
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business. To ask which providers we currently use, email [email protected].
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to work with you and keep business records, and visit statistics for as long as they're useful for understanding the site. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what you sent us. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law (for example in California, or the EU and UK); we'll honor those requests too. Because the visit statistics contain no name, email or IP address, we generally can't link them back to you.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, staff accounts use hashed passwords, and the console is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't aimed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
